[1] About Ally
Ally helps founders and leaders scale themselves before they scale their companies.
Founded by leaders who have scaled and operated 8-figure businesses, we partner with top operators and support clients including a NASDAQ-listed company.
We are not a traditional VA agency. We are a modern operating partner.
This role sits with one of our clients, a DTC brand that went from zero to around $100M USD in under three years and now runs paid spend across six platforms.
The brand sells sexual wellness products. The category is high risk for ad and account bans, which is why keeping your accounts alive is a real part of the job. If that is not for you, better to know now.
---
[2] The Role
You own two of four: TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Taboola. Which two is d ---------- when we assign them, and channels move around as the team grows, so you will not be on the same two forever.
We are hiring for this now and want someone starting as soon as they can.
Nobody here has run these at scale. There is no playbook, no baseline, and in some cases no target yet. You set them. What you write becomes what the team uses after you.
The work is end to end. Who the audience is on your channel, what angle lands with them, what landing page that angle needs, and what assets. What is already working on Meta you adapt. What does not exist on Meta but you think would work on yours, you propose and test.
You are also the only person who knows your channels. When an account gets restricted, and in this category it will, you are the one who diagnoses it, appeals it, and gets it back.
Leadership does not open the ad platforms. They read your report. So it has to be right every single day, and it has to come with a point of view, not just a set of figures.
From day one you own: which ads run on your channels, the daily report, your ad accounts including setting up a replacement when one gets rejected, and the advertorials.
For the first month or two, budgets, scaling and cutting go to the marketing lead first. After that they are yours, inside a ROAS floor with no budget cap while it holds.
You do not pick agencies or pay bills. Everything else on your channels is yours.
You assume the method, not the standard. Research it, build it paused, flag it, bring a recommendation. That is yours from day one and we want more of it. Setting a target or a bar, you propose with your reasoning. Anything that moves money or goes live, you ask, for the first month or two.
---
[3] What You'll Do
What you own:
How your two channels perform. The spend, the accounts, setting up a replacement when one gets rejected, flagging billing before a lapse stops a campaign, and the relationship with your platform reps.
The daily report on your channels. Build it and maintain it, and know why each formula works rather than just where to type the number.
Keeping your accounts alive. Watch policy changes, spot the risk early, and act before a channel gets disrupted. There is no one else covering this for you.
The playbook. Write down what works as you learn it, so the next person does not start where you did.
Spotting things first. Underperformance, anomalies and opportunities reach the team from you, not the other way round.
What a normal day looks like:
First thing: check nothing has stopped. Billing, account health, rejected ads or accounts, any policy notice. If something is about to break, you flag it before it does.
Then the report. Pull the numbers, build it, and say what happened, why, and what to do next. It goes out at a fixed time every morning and leadership d ---------- off it.
Then the work on your channels. New creative live, tests set up, budgets moved, the calls on what to scale and what to cut. Approved by the marketing lead at first, then yours.
All day: ask. Ten questions a day is fine. A quiet week is not.
Every week:
Review what ran and say what to make more of.
Bring back something another brand is doing on your channels that we should test.
Draft one advertorial with AI for approval.
---
[4] What Success Looks Like at 90 Days
Your channels are growing. Spend and revenue up, ROAS at or above target.
Your reports are trusted. Leadership d ---------- off them without checking the platforms, and they have been right every day.
Nothing has stopped. No campaign down from a billing lapse, a rejected account, or a policy change you did not see coming.
You have a repeatable way to test on your channels and you find winners every week, not occasionally.
There is a written playbook for your channels where there was none.
---
[5] What We're Looking For
You have run paid on at least one platform with real spend. Meta or Google is fine, that is where most people's depth sits. Not uploading. You know what to check, what to look at, and why. This is the one thing we cannot train from zero.
Hands-on time on TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit or Taboola. This is the rarest thing on this list and the one we most want. If you have run any of them with your own budget, say which and say what you learned.
You can run an account, not just a campaign. Setup, rejections, billing, replacements, platform reps. You are the only person who knows your channel, so when it breaks you fix it.
You can start from nothing. No SOP, no baseline, no benchmark. You work out what good looks like and write it down.
You read the sheet, you do not just fill it. You know why the formula works and you catch the wrong number before the reader does.
You ask questions constantly. We would rather you ask ten times a day than stay quiet and hand in a report with mistakes in it.
Initiative. You see what needs doing and you do it. We can tell within a week who has this and who does not.
You present data clearly. Accurate numbers, clean formatting, a report someone who never opens an ad platform can d ---------- from.
Meta and Google experience counts. You start on the newer channels, but assignments move around as the team grows, so depth on the big two is worth having and worth telling us about.
Useful, not required: bulk tooling like AdManage or Revealbot, advertorial writing, AI in your workflow, and generating a few assets yourself with AI rather than waiting on an agency.
On creative: our internal team and the agencies produce the main assets, and you tell them what the data says to make more of. For small iterations on your own channel you will not always want to wait for them, so being able to prompt an AI tool into a usable asset is handy. Ten assets, not a hundred. We are not asking you to edit anything by hand.
---
[6] Schedule
5 days a week, 8am to 5pm Philippine time. Your two days off include one weekday, so one of your five working days falls on a weekend and the team always has coverage. We confirm which days when we assign your channels.
A sixth day is overtime.

[7] What You'll Get
USD $1,000 - $1,400 a month to start, full time
Two weeks of one-to-one walkthrough with the marketing lead, then real decision rights once you have earned them
Two channels of your own on a brand that scaled to around $100M. A track record you can point at later, with the numbers to show for it
The playbook for your channels with your name on it
Paid subscriptions to the tools you need, and direct access to the operators you work with
Fully remote setup

[8] HOW TO APPLY
Submit your application here:
----------
You will be asked to:
Upload your CV or LinkedIn profile
Record a short video (2-3 mins) answering:
Which of TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and Taboola have you personally run ads on, and which have you never touched? Be honest. Most people have none of them and we would rather know now.
Take your strongest platform that is not Meta. Name one thing that works differently there. Something you learned by running it, not by reading about it.
Your ad account gets restricted on a Tuesday morning. What do you do in the first hour?
We are listening for how you think, not how polished you are. No video, no shortlist.
Applications sent outside this link will not be reviewed.
