Commission-Only Sales Closer (B2B, High Earning Potential)

Snap Staffing helps US businesses get more done with remote assistants and AI agents. We're looking for driven salespeople who want to earn based on results, with no ceiling on what you can make.

What you'll do:

Reach out to US small business owners by email , LinkedIn, and phone
Book discovery calls and follow up with warm leads from our CRM
Close deals for remote talent and AI agent services
Keep your pipeline updated in our CRM

What you earn:

First Year- Months 1-12 following the first invoice Issued to the client: 20% of Gross Profit
Renewal- Beginning with Month 13: 10% of Gross Profit

No cap. One client can pay you every month for as long as they stay.

What we're looking for:

Proven B2B sales or appointment-setting experience with US clients
Strong spoken and written English
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with outreach
Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls
