ScaleCOM Club is an education platform helping women build and scale product-based e-commerce brands. It is led by Maxie J., a multimillion-dollar founder building a leading e-commerce education company.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can plan, write, AND edit educational content that builds authority, generates leads, and grows an engaged audience organically. You’ll own the full content process: research and strategy, hooks and scripts, and the final edit.

This is NOT an entry-level or social media manager position. We need someone who understands content psychology, audience behavior, storytelling, and how to create content people can’t stop watching. You should understand why content works, not just how to execute it.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Strategy & Scripting

Daily industry research to identify trending conversations, opportunities, and emerging topics
Studying competitors and creators inside and outside the e-commerce space
Weekly content strategies designed to generate qualified leads
High-converting hooks for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
Talking-head video scripts written in Maxie’s voice
Weekly and monthly content calendars
Educational content that positions Maxie as the authority in e-commerce

Editing & Execution

Editing Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts from raw talking-head footage
Repurposing long-form content into multiple short-form clips
Adding captions, motion graphics, B-roll, and sound design
Editing for pacing, watch time, and retention
Maintaining a fast, reliable turnaround on weekly content batches

Performance & Optimization

Analyzing content performance and recommending improvements based on data
Testing new formats, hooks, editing styles, and storytelling frameworks to improve reach, retention, and conversion

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Proven experience growing personal brands, seven-figure creators, or educational businesses through organic content
Viral content strategy, hook writing, and scriptwriting
Strong short-form editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
Content psychology, audience research, and storytelling
Ability to improve messaging and pacing, not just visuals
Strong analytics and performance optimization skills
Experience creating for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or AI research tools (highly preferred)
Knowledge of the e-commerce industry (a major plus)

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE WEEK TO WEEK

20–30 researched content ideas
30–50 scroll-stopping hooks
Fully written talking-head scripts
Multiple fully edited Reels, TikToks, and Shorts delivered on schedule
An updated content calendar
Trend reports and competitor insights
Consistent or improving retention and watch-time metrics
Weekly analytics and optimization recommendations

HOW WE WORK

Resources: Everything you need lives in one place: brand guide, fonts and colors, caption style, reference videos, swipe file, and the content calendar. You’ll get access on day one.
Communication: Daily updates on Slack. We prefer Loom videos for walkthroughs and updates, so show us your thinking rather than writing long text.
Approval: Maxie gives final approval on content.

✅ What we reward: on-time delivery, proactive data-backed ideas, content that improves retention and leads, clear communication, and owning mistakes and fixing them fast.

❌ What’s not acceptable: missed deadlines without advance notice, ignoring the brief or feedback, going silent during working hours, generic content with no strategy behind it, and repeating mistakes that were already flagged.

Probationary period: The first 60 days are a probationary period to confirm you can consistently deliver at the expected level.

Job Type: Long-term, remote
Location: Philippines-based applicants only. Must have excellent written and spoken English and reliable internet.
