Artwork & Product Mockup Specialist

SunriseWear is looking for a detail-oriented Artwork & Product Mockup Specialist to help manage customer artwork and prepare product mockups for approval.

This role is a core part of our daily order workflow. You’ll turn customer-supplied artwork into accurate, professional mockups on the products they’ve purchased, helping move orders smoothly toward production. We’re hiring as soon as possible to support our growing order volume.

What you’ll do

Throughout the day, you’ll manage artwork for incoming orders:

Review incoming orders and customer artwork in our Airtable backend.

Prepare artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Coordinate embroidery digitizing with our digitizing provider, or digitize artwork yourself when you have the skills to do so.

Create mockups showing the customer’s artwork on the specific product they purchased.

Send completed mockups to customers for review and approval.

Make revisions based on customer feedback and follow up on pending approvals.

Keep order records, artwork files, and approval statuses organized and up to date.

Communicate with our team when artwork is missing, unclear, or needs additional information.

Required skills

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Ability to create clean, accurate product mockups using customer-supplied artwork.

Strong attention to detail, especially artwork placement, sizing, colors, and product selection.

Good written English and clear, professional customer communication.

Ability to manage multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a busy daily workflow.

Reliable internet access and a computer capable of running Illustrator and Photoshop.

Consistent availability during the agreed working hours.

Preferred experience

Embroidery digitizing experience is a strong plus, and experienced digitizers are preferred. We can provide training for the right candidate.

Experience preparing artwork for apparel, embroidery, or customized products.

Familiarity with Airtable or similar order management tools.

Experience managing customer proofs, revisions, and approvals.
