About the Role

We’re a fast-growing skincare brand looking for a talented graphic designer who is also a strong writer.

You’ll be creating static ad creatives across the full marketing funnel — from top-of-funnel scroll-stoppers, to mid-funnel ads that address objections and build trust, to bottom-of-funnel creatives focused on offers, urgency, and conversion. Your work should consistently reflect our brand identity, products, messaging, and current promotions.

Strong writing skills are just as important as strong design skills. Long-form advertorials and listicles are a key part of our advertising strategy, so you should be comfortable researching products and topics independently, turning that research into clear and persuasive copy, and pairing it with compelling, native-style visuals.

Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important to us. Nothing gets published unless the information, copy, design, and overall message are correct and polished.

Competitive Research

As part of the role, you’ll also help us stay ahead of the market by:

Monitoring competitor ads through the Facebook Ad Library and other relevant platforms

Identifying trending ad formats, hooks, angles, and creative approaches within the skincare, health, and supplement spaces

Providing insights into what appears to be working for similar brands, particularly those targeting mothers

Staying up to date with platform-specific creative best practices and emerging advertising trends

Using your research to inspire new creative concepts rather than simply copying what competitors are doing

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has:

Strong static ad design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools

Excellent written English, with the ability to write clearly, persuasively, and accurately

The ability to independently research a product, audience, or topic before creating content

A strong eye for layout, hierarchy, branding, typography, and attention-grabbing creative

High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

The ability to take feedback and turn it into stronger creative work

An understanding of funnel stages — TOF, MOF, and BOF — and how creative and messaging should differ across them is a plus, but it’s not essential. We can show you how we approach this internally.

For us, quality and accuracy matter more than simply producing work as quickly as possible.

What Happens After You Apply

If your application looks like a good fit, we’ll send you our website along with a selection of example creatives so you can get a better understanding of our brand, products, and advertising style.

We’ll then ask you to create one short, original static ad concept, including the copy, to show us how you would approach similar content for our brand.

This is not intended to be a large or time-consuming test. We simply want to get a feel for your creative thinking, design style, copywriting ability, and overall process before deciding on the next step.

If you’re equally comfortable thinking about why an ad should work, writing the message, and turning that message into a strong visual, we’d love to hear from you.
