Remote Chat Support Representative

Work format: Fully Remote
Base Salary: $200 per month + performance-based bonuses
Schedule: 6 days per week, 6 hours per day

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Chat Support Representative to join our remote team. You will communicate with customers through online chat, answer their questions, provide assistance, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through online chat and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with common questions and resolve routine issues.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication.
• Follow established support procedures and response guidelines.
• Keep customer records and conversation notes up to date.
• Meet agreed response-time and quality standards.

Requirements

• Good written English and communication skills.
• Previous experience in chat support or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
