Hiring: AI Developer / Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive AI Developer / Full-Stack Developer to assist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of multiple ongoing software and AI-powered projects.

The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly understand existing codebases, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, implement new features, and help turn ideas into fully functional applications.

This is an opportunity for a long-term working relationship across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Existing Projects: Review, understand, maintain, and improve existing applications and codebases.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, API errors, and technical problems.
• AI Integration & Development: Develop and maintain AI-powered features, automations, and integrations using AI APIs and LLMs.
• Full-Stack Development: Work on frontend, backend, databases, and third-party integrations as needed.
• Feature Development: Build, test, and deploy new features based on project requirements.
• Code Optimization: Refactor and improve existing code to ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Deployment & Infrastructure: Assist with hosting, deployment, server configuration, and production troubleshooting.
• Ongoing Technical Support: Monitor existing systems, resolve issues, and help ensure applications operate smoothly.
• Documentation: Maintain clean, organized code and document important technical changes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Python, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI models and APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work with existing, unfamiliar, and AI-generated code.
• Strong debugging skills and experience fixing issues in production applications.
• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party services.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, and collaborative development.
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS, Vercel, Railway, or similar services.
• Ability to work independently, research solutions, and solve complex technical problems.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Experience building AI agents, workflow automations, and LLM-powered applications.
• Familiarity with n8n, Make, Supabase, Firebase, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience taking AI-generated prototypes and turning them into stable, production-ready applications.
• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, and application monitoring.
