Senior Full-Stack Developer / AI Automation Builder for Property Management OS + CRM

We are looking for a highly capable developer to build and help maintain a custom Property Management Operating System + CRM with AI and automation features for a real estate company.

This role is ideal for someone who can understand complex business operations and turn them into clean, scalable software.

The platform will support:

• Short-term rentals
• Long-term rentals
• Property sales
• Property management
• Owners and clients
• Guests and tenants
• Vendors and cleaners
• Maintenance
• Leads and sales
• Property onboarding
• Client/vendor/team onboarding
• Tasks and workflow automation
• Documents and contracts
• Reporting and dashboards

We currently use platforms such as Hostaway and PriceLabs and want to integrate these with a custom operating system rather than rely on disconnected tools.

A major part of the project is workflow automation.

Reservation confirmed → automatically create required tasks
Guest checkout → create cleaning workflow

New property → start onboarding workflow
New owner/client → start onboarding workflow
New lead → generate follow-up tasks

We also want AI capabilities such as:

• Maintenance issue analysis

You may use AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.

1. Strong UI/UX skills
2. Ability to understand business operations and translate them into software
3. Strong automation and integration experience

Property management experience is a plus, but it is not required if you are technically strong and can quickly understand the business.

We are not looking for a basic website developer. We want someone who can build operational software, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered tools.

You should be able to:

• Build frontend and backend systems
• Design database structures
• Build APIs and integrations
• Create workflow automations
• Implement authentication and permissions
• Build clean dashboards
• Integrate AI features
• Test and debug
• Document your work
• Maintain clean and understandable code
