About the Role
This is a long term position working US Central Time hours.
Main responsibilities:
- Building loads inside our TMS system (Alvys)
- Monitoring emails and helping support operations
Requirements:
- Strong English communication
- Reliable internet and computer
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Freight/logistics experience preferred
- Experience with POD retrieval or TMS systems is a plus
You must be responsive, dependable, and able to follow processes exactly.
