Video Editor, AI Content Creator & Live Class Support for Flyadas

Remote position

Flyadas is an aviation education brand founded by Adriana Jacob, a flight instructor and former airline pilot.

We are building a YouTube channel, growing our social media presence, and developing an online aviation school. We are looking for a creative, organized, reliable person to help create content and support our live classes.

Video editing is the main focus of this role. You must already have editing experience and practical knowledge of creating videos with AI tools.

Video Editing & Content Creation

• Edit longer YouTube videos, aviation lessons, personal stories, and educational content.
• Turn recorded footage into Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos.
• Add accurate captions, clean audio, music, graphics, and supporting visuals.
• Create strong openings and keep videos clear and engaging.
• Design YouTube thumbnails and branded video covers.
• Help Adriana plan content and prepare simple recording outlines.
• Edit and organize recorded lessons for our future online school.
• Keep footage, graphics, and finished videos organized.

AI Video Creation

• Use AI tools to create supporting video clips, images, animations, and voiceovers when appropriate.
• Write and refine prompts to produce consistent, high-quality content.
• Combine AI visuals with real footage to create polished videos.
• Check AI content for visual errors and consistency.
• Ensure aviation visuals accurately support the lesson, with Adriana’s approval.

YouTube & Social Media Support

• Help set up and organize our YouTube channel and other social media accounts.
• Upload and schedule approved videos and posts.
• Prepare titles, descriptions, captions, and calls to action.
• Create a content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor comments and messages, answer basic questions, and direct teaching questions to Adriana.
• Review content performance and suggest improvements.

Live Zoom Class & Seminar Support

• Be available during scheduled Zoom classes and seminars.
• Check audio, video, presentations, and music before each session.
• Play and stop music at the appropriate times.
• Monitor the chat, welcome students, and answer basic administrative questions.
• Collect student questions and bring them to Adriana’s attention.
• Help manage the waiting room, microphones, and participant access.
• Share lesson links, resources, and announcements.
• Help students with basic Zoom technical issues.
• Record sessions when authorized and prepare recordings for editing.

Adriana will provide the aviation knowledge and approve educational content. You will help her present it professionally and manage the technical side so she can focus on teaching.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience editing both short and longer videos.
• A portfolio showing work you personally created or edited.
• Hands-on experience creating videos with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Skill with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Ability to create thumbnails and graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Experience supporting live Zoom classes, webinars, or online events.
• Good English, attention to detail, and professional communication.
• Reliable internet and a computer capable of video editing and live session support.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and attend scheduled live sessions.

Experience editing online courses or educational content is a plus. An interest in aviation is welcome, but you do not need to be a pilot.
