SMS Lead Manager for a US Real Estate Investor (Full-Time, $3–4/hr + Bonuses)

We are a US real estate investment company that buys houses directly from owners. We run high-volume SMS campaigns to property owners, and we need one reliable person to manage the inbox full-time.

What you will do

Reply to incoming texts from property owners within 5 minutes
Ask screening questions about condition, timeline, motivation, and price
Log and tag every lead in our tracker the same day
Send qualified sellers to our closer in Slack right away
Report delivery problems and post a short end-of-day report

You will not make cold calls or negotiate prices. Full training and written SOPs are provided.

Requirements

Strong written English
Available 9am–5pm US Mountain Time, Monday to Friday
Reliable internet and backup power
Fast, consistent response times
Experience with SMS campaigns or real estate wholesaling is a plus, but not required

Pay

$3–4 per hour, based on experience
40 hours per week, paid weekly
Bonus for every lead that becomes a signed contract
Raise after 60 days based on performance
