We're looking for an experienced editor to elevate our expert interviews through stronger storytelling, professional video/audio quality, compelling thumbnails, and promotional shorts and carousels for Instagram and TikTok.

You must be skilled in:

Long-form interviews, episodes and short-form video editing

Audio cleanup, sound balancing, color correction, skin-tone adjustments and flattering video filters for host and guests

Storytelling, hooks, pacing and audience retention

YouTube thumbnails with high CTR

Publishing to YouTube and scheduling content across social platforms

An understanding and love of analytics specifically views, CTR's and watch hours
