[Ready to Zoom] Senior YouTube Video Editor & Assistant Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro Specialist)

Compensation: Starting at $800 – $1,200+ USD / month (DOE + Speed/Performance Bonuses + Paid Travel Opportunities)

We produce high-engagement travel, golf, and lifestyle content focused on Thailand and global citizen culture on YouTube: Zoom To Thailand (128K+ Subscribers & Growing Rapidly).

Led by a veteran Hollywood producer, writer, and actor with national commercial credits (McDonald’s, Disney World, Coca-Cola, Popeyes, Sprite) and collaborations with major talents including Nick Cannon, Shemar Moore, Michael Jai White, and Coach Greg Adams, we operate with professional Hollywood standards while keeping a fun, collaborative, high-energy environment.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pipeline & Project Organization: Build and maintain an organized, systematic workflow inside Adobe Premiere Pro (b-roll bins, sound design templates, stringouts, and shared project structures) so raw multi-cam footage turns into finished cuts seamlessly.

Rough Cuts & Stringouts: Review raw vlogging/travel footage and quickly assemble structured, fast-paced stringouts and rough cuts for upcoming long-form episodes.

Daily Short-Form Production: Mine our library of long-form YouTube episodes to script, clip, edit, and deliver 3 dynamic vertical Shorts/Reels per day (engaging pacing, punchy hooks, clean captions, and sound design).

Creative Autonomy: You won’t be micromanaged. You are expected to bring your own creative eye, find the best moments in the footage, fix audio/color issues independently, and hit delivery deadlines consistently.

Bonus / Growth Opportunity: We host major international travel events (like Zoom Fest). For the right person who also shoots, there will be paid opportunities to travel internationally across Asia as our videographer/drone operator.

REQUIREMENTS:

Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (Team Projects / Productions experience is a huge plus).

Proven track record editing high-retention YouTube travel, vlog, or lifestyle content.

Ability to turn around fast, clean stringouts from raw footage.

Hardware & Internet: Reliable editing rig capable of smooth 4K playback, 100+ Mbps internet connection, and backup power/internet solutions.

Vibe: Fun, communicative, receptive to feedback, and easy to work with.
