Executive Virtual Assistant | Marketing, Operations + Automation

I’m Christina, the founder of a growing online coaching company in the personal development, spirituality and business space. I absolutely LOVE what I do and the women we get to support through this work!

I’m looking for an exceptional full time Virtual Assistant who is organized, creative, proactive and incredibly detail oriented. Someone who takes pride in their work, communicates beautifully and is excited to grow with our brand long term.

You’ll work closely with me across marketing, client experience, content creation and daily operations. You’ll receive training, access to our library of documented SOPs from day one and my support as you learn our systems. Once trained, I want you to feel empowered to take ownership and bring your ideas forward.

This is a full time, long term opportunity for someone excited to dedicate their professional focus exclusively to this role and grow alongside our brand. When applying, please use 8 application points.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations + Client Experience

• Manage projects, deadlines and recurring tasks
• Proactively communicate updates without being prompted
• Support client onboarding, communication, reminders and follow-ups
• Proofread and verify important details before anything is sent or published
• Organize files, spreadsheets and SOPs in Dropbox
• Coordinate with contractors and support our high touch client experience

GoHighLevel + Automation

• Build landing pages, forms, funnels and email campaigns
• Manage email automations, workflows, tags and segmentation
• Build and troubleshoot Zapier integrations
• Test email s, links, forms and automations before launch
• Support marketing launches, AI tools and digital products

Social Media + Content Creation

• Edit short form videos and Reels
• Create carousel graphics, cover images and marketing assets
• Repurpose podcast episodes into engaging social content
• Schedule, publish and proofread social media posts
• Upload and manage YouTube content

Creativity is celebrated here! You’ll receive brand guidelines and creative direction, with room to bring your own ideas to life.

Podcast + Community Management

• Communicate with podcast guests and coordinate with our editor
• Manage podcast timelines, proof episodes and organize assets
• Support our online communities, mastermind and client programs
• Manage session reminders, recordings and member communication
• Upload trainings and resources into Thinkific and other portals

Experience with GoHighLevel, video editing and content creation is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Canva, Zapier, Thinkific, Dropbox, email marketing and AI tools is a plus. Training will be provided on our specific systems and processes!

Position Details + Perks

• Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time
• $5–$7 USD/hour based on experience
• Weekends off
• 13th month pay
