Junior Paid Media Strategist (Google + Meta) – Luxury
Confidential employer
Our paid media roster is growing and we need a second set of hands on the accounts. This role is for someone who already knows their way around Google Ads and Meta, wants to learn how paid media works for luxury retail.
About the role
You'll work directly with our senior PPC strategists across a portfolio of Google Ads and Meta accounts, split between eCommerce stores measured on ROAS and local retailers measured on leads and appointments. You'll be running the daily and weekly optimization routine, building campaigns from an approved brief without hand-holding, and contributing to monthly client reports that a store owner can read and trust.
What you'll do
Run daily account checks across Google Ads and Meta: spend pacing, disapprovals, broken tracking, performance swings, and anything a client would notice before we do
Build and launch campaigns from a brief, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Meta prospecting, retargeting, and catalog ads
Execute optimizations (bids, budgets, negatives, audiences, creative rotations) and log every change in our shared optimization notes
Pull and QA performance data from Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and Shopify, and flag mismatches between platform-reported and actual revenue
Draft the data sections of monthly client reports in Looker Studio and Canva for senior review
Write and QA ad copy that follows each client's brand guidelines, including strict manufacturer rules for luxury watch brands
What we're looking for
2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (both platforms; experience in only one is not enough for this role)
Has personally built and managed at least one live eCommerce or lead-gen campaign, not only assisted on a team
Working knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking basics (what a conversion event is, how to tell when it's broken)
Comfortable in spreadsheets: pivoting exports, checking numbers, spotting what's off
Clear written English; you'll be writing ad copy and notes a US client will read
VERY IMPORTANT: Available during US Eastern business hours
Applying as an individual, not through an agency or on behalf of a team
Nice to have
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
Exposure to Shopify, Looker Studio, or GTM
Any experience with premium, luxury, or high-ticket products, or an instinct for why discount-driven messaging is wrong for a fine jewelry client
Familiarity with AI tools in your daily workflow
What you'll get
Direct mentorship from senior strategists who review your work and explain the why
Real ownership of accounts as you prove you can hold them
A niche (luxury retail paid media) that is hard to break into and valuable once you have it
To apply
Send CV and tell us one campaign you personally built and managed: the platform, the goal, the monthly budget, what you changed over its life, and the result. Feel free to include a report you've done (omitting client name).
