Ghost Coach / Client Success VA - Online Fitness Coaching (Trainerize), Part-Time

We're The Precision Program, an online fitness coaching business that helps busy women get lean and strong. We're looking for a part-time ghost coach / client success VA to help our coaches give every client a great experience.

YOU'LL:

• Check in with clients daily or weekly inside Trainerize, in our voice
• Flag clients who go quiet or are struggling, and follow up with clients who drop off
• Keep client dashboards and habits up to date
• Check in with our coaches so the whole team stays on the same page

MUST HAVE:

• Hands-on Trainerize experience (or Everfit / TrueCoach)
• Excellent written English
• A warm but direct tone
• Reliability

NICE TO HAVE:

• Fitness or nutrition background, or prior work with an online coach

DETAILS:
Part-time, about 20 hrs/week, $5-10/hr based on experience, remote, some overlap with US Eastern time.
