Social Media & Outreach Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a reliable, creative, and proactive Virtual Assistant in the Philippines to help build and promote an independent media/research project called Revelations Unsealed.

This is NOT a basic data-entry VA position. I need someone who can learn the project, understand the story behind it, communicate professionally, and help me build relationships with content creators, media personalities, researchers, attorneys, and potential business contacts.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and help grow social media accounts
• Research YouTube, TikTok, Facebook , Instagram, Reddit, podcasts, and other relevant platforms
• Identify content creators and media outlets that may be interested in the project
• Find professional contact information for creators, managers, agencies, attorneys, and media companies
• Draft and send outreach messages on my behalf using information and guidelines I provide
• Follow up with contacts and maintain an organized outreach spreadsheet
• Create and schedule basic social-media posts
• Help develop content ideas and promotional campaigns
• Learn the Revelations Unsealed discovery well enough to explain the basic concept accurately
• Help maintain the mystery and curiosity surrounding the project without revealing more than necessary
• Research opportunities for interviews, podcasts, documentaries, sponsorships, collaborations, and promotional partnerships
• Provide regular updates on outreach and results

I will provide the necessary information about the project, messaging, and outreach strategy. You do NOT need to already know the subject matter.

PAY:

$5-$7 USD/hour depending on experience and ability.

I am looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship. The strongest candidate will have an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and hours as the project grows.
