Instagram Outreach Virtual Assistant
I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support lead generation and community growth for my UK skin ---------- help grow my Instagram following, send outreach DMs, and proactively welcome new followers. You’ll also track conversations and share a weekly report covering messages sent and cold, warm, and hot leads. I’ll provide a full brief and guidance.
I currently manage my own social media marketing - such as post creation (writing and designing - using Canva), posting etc but in time and as I grow, I may also need support with creating and scheduling social media posts in the future, so experience with social media management would be a bonus - although not needed immediately.
Hours

• 2 hours per day, 4 days per week, with hours increasing as the business grows
• Ideally, 6–8 pm UK time, but sometimes on weekend days I'd like have some activity in the daytime around 10am - 12 noon UK time.
• Preferred days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, or Wednesday, Friday, Sunday and Monday
• Some flexibility is possible

You’ll be a good fit if you:

• Can work during the UK hours listed above, with some flexibility
• Are available to start immediately
• Write clear, confident English
• Communicate well by email and instant message
• Are trustworthy and dependable, and complete work reliably and on time
• Manage your time well and stay organised
• Have experience with Instagram and Facebook
• Can follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Are interested in building a long-term working relationship
• Can provide references from previous clients or employers
• Have a warm, authentic communication style and can understand the needs of my target audience: women aged 35+ who are interested in caring for their skin
• Has had success as an Instagram DM outbounder primarily but also with social media management.
