JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian-based offshore staffing agency providing highly skilled Executive Assistants and operational support to businesses across Australia.

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to optimise our website, improve our Google search visibility, and ensure our business is easily discoverable through Google Search.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Google Search & Indexing: Set up Google Search Console, submit our website sitemap, resolve indexing issues, and ensure our website is correctly configured for Google indexing.
• Website SEO: Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, mobile performance, and relevant search keywords.
• Branded Search Optimisation: Improve our website's visibility when potential customers search for our company name and its variations.
• Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website indexing, crawling, performance, canonical URLs, and structured data.
• Keyword Research: Identify relevant Australian search keywords relating to offshore staffing, remote Executive Assistants, and business operational support.
• On-Page SEO: Optimise existing website content and service pages to improve relevance and organic search performance.
• SEO Reporting: Provide a clear summary of completed improvements, indexing status, and recommendations for future growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in technical SEO and website optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, indexing, and sitemap submissions.
• Experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, and Google search rankings.
• Ability to independently identify and resolve website SEO issues.
• Excellent communication, reliability, and attention to detail.

COMPENSATION

AUD $20 – Fixed, One-Time Project Fee

This is a one-time freelance assignment, not an ongoing or hourly position. The agreed payment covers the completed project deliverables.
