💻 Frontend Virtual Assistant – Shopify & E-Commerce

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Frontend Virtual Assistant to help manage, maintain, and improve the frontend of our e-commerce stores.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with Shopify, online store interfaces, product management, and troubleshooting, and who can demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving abilities. Write Green in your headings if you read this.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Work on and continuously improve the frontend of our online stores.
• Manage and update products within Shopify and our internal systems.
• Edit and maintain:

Product titles and descriptions
Prices
Product variants
Product images
Product information and specifications

• After training, use our in-house applications to manage and update products efficiently.
• Identify and resolve frontend and product-related issues.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding product information, changes, specifications, images, and updates.
• Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and properly presented on the website.
• Follow internal processes and continuously look for ways to improve the store's frontend and product presentation.
• Requirements
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Comfortable working with e-commerce websites and product management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to learn new software and internal applications quickly.
• Good communication skills, especially when coordinating with suppliers.
• Able to work independently and troubleshoot issues without constant supervision.
• Must be able to demonstrate/prove your technical ability.

We are looking for someone who can actually work with the systems, identify problems, and find solutions, rather than someone who only has basic Shopify or data-entry experience.
