We’re hiring a serious, experienced DM Setter to convert new Instagram followers into booked calls for one of the world’s leading female fat loss coaching brands.

This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, manage conversations properly, and drive results daily.

The Role

Your job is simple:
Turn new followers - conversations - booked calls

You’ll be working primarily inside Go High Level, using:

Tagging systems
Follow-up pipelines
Daily messaging workflows

-Nothing slips through the cracks.
-Every lead is tracked.
-Every conversation is pushed forward.

-Hours & Pay
6 days per week
2pm – 10pm (UK time)
$5/hour

-Responsibilities
Respond to all new Instagram DMs quickly and effectively
Start conversations with new followers
Qualify leads properly (no time wasters booked)
Follow up relentlessly using GHL tagging system
Move conversations from cold ? warm ? booked call
Keep pipeline organised at all times

You MUST Have
Proven experience as an Instagram DM setter (fitness niche)
Strong understanding of sales psychology in DMs
Experience using Go High Level (GHL)
Confidence using tags, pipelines, and follow-up systems
Ability to handle high message volume daily
Fluent written English with a natural, conversational tone

Do NOT Apply If
You’ve never worked as an Instagram DM setter on a fitness page
You’ve never used Go High Level or don’t understand tagging systems
You need constant supervision or hand-holding
You’re slow to reply or inconsistent with work
You’re just “looking for experience”
