Appointment Setter / SDR (English-Native Standard) — Negros Oriental

We are a Hong Kong company hiring one Appointment Setter / SDR to book qualified meetings for an Australian client. You work directly with the Australian CEO (Australia) and an Australian Manager (Asia). Training is provided. Retainer and commission start on day one, including training.
This is appointment setting, not closing the sale. You book the meeting. The closer / principal takes the call.

Pay

• Retainer: ₱20,000 / month
• Commission per booked (qualified) appointment
• Realistic performers: ₱15,000+ / month in commissions
• Combined: ₱35,000+ / month

What you will do

• Inbound and outbound appointment setting
• Qualify prospects and book meetings that show up
• CRM updates (GoHighLevel or similar)
• Follow-up by call, SMS, email and DM
• Daily activity and booking report to Australian management

Must have

• University / Bachelor’s degree
• Barangay clearance and NBI clearance
• Excellent English — spoken and written
• Reliable, honest, hardworking
• Can work 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Based in Negros Oriental or willing to live in the provided house

Preferred (not required): SDR / setter / high-ticket sales experience, (We have our own Internal CRM.)
