eCommerce Marketing VA

We're a premium women's supplement brand in pre-launch. Looking for a part-time eCommerce Marketing VA to support us as we build toward launch.

About the role

This starts as a 5hr/week part-time position but will grow as we scale. You'll be working directly with the founder on marketing execution across social, email, and general comms.

What you'll be doing:

Scheduling and posting content on Instagram and TikTok
Managing Klaviyo email flows and campaigns
Responding to DMs and comments
General marketing admin and comms support
Creator and influencer outreach support

What we need:

2-4 years experience in eCommerce marketing
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Klaviyo
Proficient with AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and AI design tools
Strong eye for design and content aesthetics
Excellent written English — our brand voice is clean, premium, and science-backed
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Previous experience in supplements, health, or beauty brands is a strong advantage
