E-commerce Graphic Designer

Job Title: E-commerce Graphic Designer — $3/hr Probation -> $4/hr Permanent | Remote PH

Salary: $3/hour (Month 1 probation) -> $4/hour guaranteed starting Month 2 if targets met. Top performers earn bonuses.

Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday–Friday, flexible hours
Part-Time: Minimum 3 days/week, 4+ hours/day

Responsibilities:

• Design high-converting graphics for e-commerce product pages: banners, thumbnails, listing images, and promotional visuals
• Use AI image tools with image-reference prompts to generate and refine product visuals
• Use Photoshop and Canva for text layouts, promo graphics, and quick fixes on AI output
• Maintain consistent branding across all listings and campaigns
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends to continuously innovate and improve design strategies that attract and convert customers.
• Deliver 50–80 finished designs per day

Requirements:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Portfolio of E-COMMERCE designs (product listings, ad creatives, or promotional visuals) — applications without samples will not be considered
• Proficient in AI image generation tools with experience in batch generation
• Proficient in Photoshop and Canva for text layouts, promo graphics, and quick fixes on AI output
• Beauty/skincare design experience is a plus
• Fast internet and reliable computer
