Ecommerce VA manager (Shopify / Facebook Ads)

We run multiple DTC brands on ---------- powered by Facebook Ads. Looking for someone who understands how a DTC e-commerce brand works end-to-end and can manage people.

The role:

Oversee a small team, make sure tasks get done, checklists are followed, nothing slips
Handle day-to-day operations across our brands
Take real ownership of responsibilities without being micromanaged

You should be familiar with:

Customer support management
Managing / overseeing a team
Shopify store & product page building

Facebook / Meta Ads
Ad creatives
Higgsfield
Google Sheets
Project management tools (ClickUp, Monday, Asana)

You don’t need to be an expert but YOU MUST have experience with these, you need to understand how they fit together in a DTC brand.
