Most of our builds pair monday boards with custom Vibe apps that fit the way each client works.

The Role
You will own signed client projects from kickoff to go live. Sales hands you a scoped proposal; you run discovery, get the design signed, lead the build with our builders, take the client through UAT and training, and close the project inside the agreed hours. You are the client's main contact and the person who keeps scope, timeline and quality on track.

What You Will Do

• Run kickoff and discovery sessions, map the client's current process, and turn it into a ---------- design the client signs off
• Plan the build and direct our builders on boards, automations, integrations and Vibe apps
• Prepare UAT scripts, run test sessions, and manage open items in a RAID log until sign off
• Deliver training for internal teams and external users such as vendors or clients of our client
• Hold scope: spot requests outside the signed design, explain the impact, and raise a change request
• Send clear weekly status updates and keep project boards current
• Track hours against the package and flag billing milestones to the Singapore office
• Use AP's AI assisted delivery toolkit (Claude skills for discovery, build specs, QA and client feedback) and help us improve it

What You Bring

• 3 or more years in implementation, consulting or project delivery for a SaaS platform
• Hands on ---------- experience: boards, connected boards, automations, permissions, dashboards and forms
• Confidence running workshops and UAT sessions with business owners and department heads
• Strong written English: you can tell a client "this is outside scope" politely and in writing
• A habit of documenting decisions and keeping one source of truth
• Comfort working across time zones with colleagues in Australia and Singapore

Nice To Have

• ---------- certifications (Work Management, CRM, Admin)
• Experience with monday Vibe apps, the monday API, or integrations such as Make, Zapier or Microsoft 365
• Exposure to CRM, service desk or agile delivery setups
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude in day to day work
