SMS Lead Manager for US Real Estate Investment Company (Full-Time)

We are a US real estate investment company that buys houses directly from owners. We send text campaigns to property owners every day and need one person to own the inbox.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Answer every incoming seller reply in Smarter Contact within 5 minutes during your shift
• Ask our qualifying questions: condition, timeline, reason for selling, asking price
• Tag each lead as hot, warm, not interested or wrong number, and flag hot leads to me immediately
• Keep notes clean so anyone can pick up the conversation

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written English that reads like a natural text message
• Experience with SMS campaigns for motivated-seller or wholesaling leads (Smarter Contact, Launch Control or similar)
• Reliable internet and a backup connection
• Available 9am to 6pm US Eastern, Monday to Saturday

PAY
$4 to $5 an hour, 40 hours a week, paid weekly, plus a bonus for every deal that closes from a lead you qualified.
