Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist (QuickBooks Online)

True Shield Roofing is a growing roofing company, with affiliated businesses in real estate and land operations. We need a sharp, organized accounting professional to keep our books clean and our numbers accurate across multiple entities.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online for multiple companies
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Categorize transactions and keep job costing accurate
Process payroll or coordinate with the payroll provider
Prepare monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
Track rental income and expenses for real estate holdings
Work with our CPA on tax prep, 1099s, and year-end close

Requirements

QuickBooks Online experience is required
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong understanding of reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial statements
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred

Experience in construction, roofing, or trades (job costing)
Real estate or property management accounting experience
QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification
