Real Estate Cold Caller, Motivated Sellers (Full-Time, US Hours)

We are a US real estate investment company that buys houses directly from owners. We need a confident caller to work our landline list on a triple-line dialer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Call property owners using Mojo Dialer and follow our script
• Find out whether they would consider selling, then collect condition, timeline, reason and price
• Log every call outcome and hand interested sellers to me the same day

REQUIREMENTS

• Clear spoken English with a neutral accent and a friendly, calm tone
• At least 6 months of real estate cold calling (wholesaling experience preferred)
• Experience with Mojo or a similar dialer
• Quiet workspace, noise-cancelling headset, reliable internet with a backup
• Available 10am to 7pm US Eastern, Monday to Saturday

PAY
$5 to $7 an hour, 40 hours a week, paid weekly, plus a bonus for every deal that closes from a lead you generated.
