WE ARE HIRING! Remote Billing & Collections Specialist
EZ Rentals and Leasing is looking for a trustworthy, sharp-eyed Billing & Collections Specialist to join our remote team!
If you have an accounting background and love providing great service while keeping the books straight, we want you.
The Role:
Process customer payments (Credit Cards, Zelle).
Handle collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
Manage refunds and payment inquiries over the phone.
Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls.
Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM EST (Monday – Friday); 10 AM – 6 PM EST (Saturday)
Location - Philippines (Work from home)
Requirements: Excellent English, Accounting background, and a high level of integrity.
Pay: $900-$1,000 48hours/week (depending on experience).
