Campaign Operations Coordinator - Remote, US Brand Activations
Confidential employer
CampusLaunch produces brand activations and social content with college and sorority communities in the United States. We are building a remote execution team and hiring a Campaign Operations Coordinator based in the Philippines.
This is not a generic VA role. We need an organized operator who spots problems early, keeps the details current and follows through until work is complete. Strong performers can take on increasing ownership quickly.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Campaign trackers, ordering queues, purchase orders and vendor follow-ups.
- Shipment tracking and flagging delivery risks before activation dates.
- Creator contracts, payment information and posting-link collection.
- Content organization, campaign calendars, deadlines and checklists.
- Recap inputs, database hygiene and clear written updates to the US team.
- Chasing missing information, proposing next steps and keeping every open loop moving.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience coordinating campaigns, events, influencer work, production or high-volume e-commerce operations.
- Excellent written English and confidence working with US clients or teams.
- Strong spreadsheet and project-management skills.
- Evidence that you owned deadlines and solved problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
- Care with confidential creator, contract and payment information.
TERMS
Remote contract role, 40 hours per week. Compensation: $800-$1,000 USD per month, based on experience.
Required overlap: 9am-1pm New York time (ET), Monday-Friday. Remaining hours are flexible. In the Philippines, this overlap is 9pm-1am when New York observes daylight saving time and 10pm-2am during New York standard time. The local window changes when New York clocks change.
HOW TO APPLY
Send your CV or profile and a short note answering:
1. What campaign, event or operational workflow did you personally own?
2. Tell us about a problem you caught early and what you did before it became a missed deadline.
3. Which spreadsheet and project-management tools do you use?
4. Can you work the required New York overlap, and when can you start?
5. What is your monthly rate within the posted range?
Please include a sanitized tracker or checklist you built if you can share one. Remove client names, personal data and confidential information. No unpaid client work is requested in your application.
