The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an outgoing, curious personality who loves to talk to people. Previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required. You will be guided under the mentorship of our Talent Acquisition Manager to perform the following responsibilities & duties:

• Read and filter through hundreds of resumes on Indeed.
• Conduct dozens of video interviews weekly over Microsoft Teams.
• Enter each new hire into our applicant tracking system (ATS).

You will have the opportunity to learn the following recruitment skills:

• Develop stronger communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
• Learn about catering, fine-dining, and the fast-paced wedding industry.
• Familiarity and exposure to events management.

Flexible working hours are provided based on the needs of our business. Your total hours will run on average between 30- 50 hours a week depending on where we are in the wedding season.
