Google Ads Specialist – Remote | $3/Hour

We are a growing U.S.-based home services company looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist in the Philippines to help manage, optimize, and scale our Google Ads campaigns.

Starting Pay: $3 USD/hour

This is NOT an entry-level or training position. We are looking for someone who already knows Google Ads and has a proven track record of producing successful results.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You will help manage Google Ads campaigns for a U.S.-based home services company, including:

• Managing and optimizing Google Search campaigns
• Keyword and search-term analysis
• Building and managing negative keyword lists
• Improving cost per lead and conversion rates
• Managing bidding strategies and budgets
• Reviewing geographic, demographic, device, and scheduling performance
• Writing and testing ads
• Setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
• Identifying and eliminating wasted ad spend
• Finding opportunities to scale successful campaigns
• Reviewing landing-page performance
• Reporting results and recommending changes

Our primary goal is simple: generate more qualified leads while reducing wasted advertising spend.

REQUIREMENTS

You MUST have:

• Exceptional spoken and written English
• Proven experience managing Google Ads
• A track record of generating successful leads/conversions
• Strong knowledge of Google Search campaigns
• Strong understanding of keywords, match types, negative keywords, and search terms
• Experience with Google Ads conversion tracking
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make recommendations independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet

Experience managing Google Ads for U.S. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, home improvement, or other local service businesses is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

Starting compensation is $3 USD per hour.

We are looking for someone interested in working with us long-term. Someone who demonstrates strong results can earn additional hours, greater responsibility, and increased compensation over time.
