DIRECT RESPONSE VIDEO EDITOR

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a fast-growing skincare brand with a 7-figure monthly run rate and a growing creative team.

We are looking for a talented DIRECT RESPONSE VIDEO EDITOR to help us produce high-performing video ads and scale our creative output.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create and edit direct response video ads for social media
• Develop strong hooks, storytelling, and engaging edits
• Create variations of winning creatives, angles, hooks, and concepts
• Edit UGC, testimonials, product demonstrations, and scripted ads
• Use AI-generated video, images, voice, and other assets when appropriate
• Stay up to date with new AI video models and creative tools
• Produce UP TO 15 CREATIVES PER WEEK while maintaining quality
• Work closely with our creative team to develop and improve ads

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience creating DIRECT RESPONSE / PERFORMANCE MARKETING ADS
• Strong short-form video editing skills
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and storytelling
• Experience with AI video generation is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Experience with tools such as Nano Banana 2, Higgsfield, or similar AI tools is a plus
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• E-commerce, Meta, TikTok, or UGC advertising experience is a plus

We want editors who are excited about using AI to make the creative process faster and more efficient.

We're particularly interested in people who actively follow NEW AI MODEL LAUNCHES and are willing to experiment with new tools and workflows.

We will provide the necessary AI tools, software, and subscriptions needed for your work.
