Experienced Video Editor (UGC, AI and more) For multiple DTC brands

We’re a Scandinavian content agency and looking for an experienced Content Editor to join our team.

This isn’t a traditional editing role. We produce high-performing UGC ads for brands across Europe in different langauges, so we’re looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, retention, and performance, not just how to cut clips together.

As of now, we're looking for part-time editors to begin with, but once you've proven your worth, you'll get the opportunity to go full-time.

What you’ll be doing

• Edit UGC videos for paid social (TikTok, Meta, etc.)
• Build engaging stories with strong hooks and retention
• Add captions, motion graphics, B-roll, and sound design
• Use AI to generate animations, b-roll and localisations
• Follow brand guidelines while bringing your own creative input
• Work closely with strategists and creator managers to improve creative performance
• Edit content for international brands across multiple markets

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of experience editing UGC or performance marketing content
• Has a strong understanding of what makes ads convert
• Is highly proficient in CapCut
• Is a master at AI-video generation prompting
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Can take feedback well and iterate quickly
• Speaks and writes English fluently

Bonus if you have experience with:

• TikTok-first editing
• Motion graphics
• Localisation and multilingual content
