Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Reach out to US homeowners facing potential foreclosure or distress with empathy and clarity.
Data Management: Maintain, organize, and update lead records in our CRM (Resimpli).
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute targeted email and SMS campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Appointment Setting: Qualify interested homeowners and schedule meetings for our Acquisition Specialists.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily call volume, connection rates, and appointment metrics to optimize conversion.

Job Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year of cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation experience (US Real Estate or Wholesaling experience is a huge plus).
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills with a clean, easy-to-understand accent.
Tech Skills: Proficient with CRMs (Resimpli experience preferred, but training is provided), Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and web-based dialers.
Schedule: Able to work fixed US Eastern Standard Time hours (8 AM - 5 PM EST Mon-Fri + 3 hours on Saturday).
Technical System Requirements
Computer/Laptop with at least an Intel Core i3 (or AMD equivalent) and 8GB RAM.
Reliable, high-speed wired internet connection (at least 25 Mbps) with a backup connection plan.
Quiet, distraction-free home office setup.
