General VA - YouTube Automation (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We are looking for a General VA with social media experience to help run and grow our YouTube channels.

This is a flexible, full-time, long-term position with room to grow.

Skills required:

Experience with YouTube or any other social media platform
Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
Comfortable with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
Clear written English and strong attention to detail
A team player who meets deadlines without reminders

Tasks will include (but are not limited to):

Generating scripts with Claude and making videos with our own video app
Making basic edits in CapCut
Uploading and scheduling videos in YouTube Studio
Simple thumbnail design using our automated internal tool

• YouTube automation, graphic design or content creation experience is a plus, such as making thumbnails, graphics or videos. These skills are helpful but not required.

Pay: based on experience, starting at $400/month. We can negotiate higher depending on your background and skills.
