Real Estate Cold Caller, US Homeowners (Full-Time, Long-Term)

About us
Domo Acquisitions is a new US real estate company that buys houses directly from homeowners. You would be our first cold caller, which means steady work, direct contact with the owner, and room to grow into a lead manager or team lead role as we add callers.

What you'll do

Call US homeowners from our lists using a dialer and ask if they'd consider selling
Follow our script as a guide, but listen first and respond to what the homeowner actually says
about the property, the owner's situation, timeline, and price
Log clear notes on every call in our CRM and schedule follow-ups
Hand off interested sellers to the owner the same day

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of outbound cold calling to US customers; real estate or wholesaling experience strongly preferred
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
A confident, friendly phone voice and the ability to handle rejection without losing energy
Quiet workspace, noise-cancelling headset, and a reliable computer
Wired internet of at least 25 Mbps, with backup internet and power
Able to work the full shift in US hours
