Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, QuickBooks management, payment tracking, client renewals, and customer account follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage invoices, payments, and customer accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
-Record and reconcile financial transactions
-Track rental renewals and follow up with clients regarding upcoming payments
-Call clients regarding overdue or late payments to ensure timely collection
-Maintain accurate financial and customer records
-Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

-Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting software
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
-Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or customer service experience is a plus
