ABOUT US
We are a U.S.-based credit repair company that helps clients improve their credit through accurate, compliant disputes. We are a growing remote team looking for a detail-oriented Dispute Specialist to join our operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Review client credit reports from all three bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items
• Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies
• Track dispute rounds, bureau responses, and results in our credit repair software
• Update client files and notes accurately and on time
• Coordinate with the client-facing team on account status, documents needed, and progress updates
• Flag discrepancies and escalate complex accounts to management
• Meet daily and weekly dispute targets while maintaining high quality

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of experience in U.S. credit repair or credit disputes (required)
• Working knowledge of the FCRA and the dispute process
• Experience with credit repair software (Credit Repair Cloud or similar) is a strong plus
• Excellent written and spoken English, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Able to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection (with backup)
• Quiet home workspace
• Able to use Outlook, RingCentral, and other tools we provide
