Remote Land Analyst for US Land Company (US Hours, Full Time)

Flaghaven Land buys and sells vacant land in the United States. We're hiring a full-time remote analyst to evaluate lots: pull sold comps, check zoning and utilities in county GIS, and figure out what a lot is really worth to a home builder.

WHAT YOU GET

• $600 to $800 USD per month, plus a $150 bonus for every closed deal you analyzed
• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Eastern (10 PM to 6 AM Philippine time from November)
• Full training on our process
• Start: early November

WHAT YOU NEED

• Clear spoken English. We have calls with our US team every day.
• Your own computer, stable internet, and a backup for outages (UPS, generator, or a second internet provider)
• Care with details. Small mistakes cost real money in this job.
• BIG PLUS: experience working for US land flippers or real estate wholesalers, and with tools like Land Insights, LandPortal, Smarter Contact, DataTree, PropStream, or county GIS/parcel maps. Engineering, surveying, GIS, or real estate background also a plus.
