Title: SEO Implementation Associate

Hi there.

We’re looking for a reliable SEO expert to execute and support our SEO campaigns.

Your role will be to implement SEO tasks, manage link outreach, track progress, and help with some website issues and updates. You will work closely with our SEO manager, who will provide direction and planning.

This is a long term position for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable working with structured SEO workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Implement on-page SEO improvements for existing pages
• Add internal links across the website in accordance with our SEO plan
• Assist with keyword research and page optimization
• Manage outreach for guest posts and editorial placements
• Track outreach activities and responses in spreadsheets
• Monitor rankings and SEO performance
• Support link-building activities focused on quality and relevance
• Work closely with our SEO manager to execute ongoing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with SEO (on-page, technical, off-page, and link outreach)
• Advanced familiarity with tools as GSC and GA, and have access to your own tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc
• Familiarity with emerging SEO trends, especially AI-powered searches like GEO, AEO, etc.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills
• Organized and comfortable documenting work clearly
• Reliable and responsive during working hours

-Familiarity with the following SEO topics: Hub and Spoke Model, Digital PR, Qwoted and Haro outreach, Contextual internal linking, Keyword Cannabilization, Keyword intent mapping, Backlink Placements

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress
• Other digital marketing experience
• Web development skills

Job Details

• Full-time: 40 hours per week during the daytime PH time
