We are a fast-growing US-based digital marketing company looking for a highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer and client communication through email , chat, and other online platforms

Respond to inquiries quickly, professionally, and accurately

Resolve customer issues with confidence and urgency

Take complete ownership of customer concerns from beginning to resolution

Follow up proactively instead of waiting for customers to chase you

Handle difficult customers calmly and professionally

Maintain accurate customer records and communication

Follow company SOPs and processes

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Identify recurring problems and help improve our customer service systems

Maintain a high level of productivity throughout your shift

Take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow
