Lightroom Photo Editor - Sports / BJJ Competition Photography

I'm a sports photographer based in Sydney, Australia, shooting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions and events. Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented photo editor to help with bulk editing of competition galleries in Adobe Lightroom.

THE WORK

Sort/cull raw competition photos down to keepers, then batch-edit to a consistent style using presets I'll provide. Edit order: White Balance, then Exposure, then Tone, then Presence, then HSL, then Detail, then Crop. Typical turnaround is competition shot on a Sunday, full gallery sorted and edited by Thursday. Consistency across a whole gallery matters more than any single perfect photo, this is a clean, true to colour sports editing style, not heavy creative or editorial work. Skin tone and uniform colour accuracy are important since these photos go to paying clients and an online store.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

Experience with Lightroom batch editing and presets. Fast, consistent output, able to average around 20 to 30 edited photos per hour once trained on my workflow. Reliable availability around competition weekends, Sunday to Thursday cycle. Comfortable with confidentiality, some galleries involve minors and are not to be shared or retained after delivery.

Happy to run a small paid trial batch first before discussing an ongoing arrangement. Presets and a full style guide provided.
