We've been doing this for a long time, we have a steady roster of clients, and we have no plans of slowing down. This is a long-term role, not a short gig, and we're looking for someone to grow with us.

The Role:
We're hiring a dedicated long-form video editor to take our clients' raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging content that helps them build their brand and win more business. You'll be a core part of our editing team, working on a consistent stream of projects.

What we're looking for:
Strong experience editing long-form content (not just short clips)
A sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and clean, professional output
Reliability and attention to detail — you hit deadlines and take pride in your work
Comfortable taking direction and revisions to get things exactly right
A stable internet connection and a computer that can handle editing work

Compensation:
We pay $150–$250 USD per video, depending on the length and complexity of the edit. You're paid per video — the more you deliver, the more you earn. Because we have consistent client work, the volume is steady and dependable.
