Senior WordPress Developer, Full Time, Long Term
Confidential employer
We are an Australian branding and marketing agency managing around 30 WordPress sites for our clients. We are hiring an experienced, motivated WordPress developer to maintain our existing sites and build our new sites.
The role has two parts.
1. Builds and amendments.
New sites and pages from finished designs, plus the day to day queue: content updates, blog posts, events, forms, and on page SEO on everything you publish.
2. Maintenance and security.
Backups, uptime, security hardening, and fixing whatever breaks. Routine plugin updates are handled by another developer, so your focus is the standard, the response, and the builds.
If running a fleet of WordPress websites properly sounds like a job you would actually enjoy, keep reading.

To apply
There are two steps. We only interview candidates who complete both, and interview invitations are based on your application and your assessment results together.
Step 1.
Apply here on OnlineJobs.ph with the word 'Mango' in your subject line. Start your application by answering the below questions:
1. How many years of professional WordPress development experience do you have?
2. How many years of professional development experience do you have in total?
3. A client site shows a white screen after an update. What are your first five steps?
4. Have you built anything with an AI coding tool? Tell us about the coolest thing: what does it do, and how did you build it? (Optional, but we love seeing this.)
Then include links to three WordPress sites you built or maintain, with a note on what you did on each.
Step 2.
Complete our online assessment. It takes around one hour: ----------
Please complete the assessment yourself, without AI tools. The system detects assisted answers and disqualifies them.
We will not review applications without a completed assessment.
Please contact us only through OnlineJobs.ph; WhatsApp and email applications are ignored.
Good luck!
