Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, including setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end and monitor campaign performance
• Build and manage email marketing and automation using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Track campaign results and identify opportunities to improve leads, conversions, and overall ROI
• Make basic updates in WordPress, including backend and Elementor configurations
• Work with graphic designers by providing clear creative direction and requirements
• Use AI tools to support research, campaign planning, analysis, content, and marketing workflows
• Stay updated with new AI tools and apply them where they can improve efficiency and results
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI tools is a strong advantage
