Ecom Video Ad Editor (Meta/TikTok) – Paid Per Ad, Ongoing Projects

Hi! I run an e-commerce brand and I'm looking for a creative video editor I can send ad projects to on an ongoing basis.

This is NOT a full-time job and you won't be joining a big team. I'm looking for a long-term working relationship: I order high-quality ads from you when I have projects, and I pay well for good work. It can fit alongside your other clients.

WHAT I PROVIDE

• The script
• Raw footage
• Product link and brand assets
• Reference ads and direction when needed

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit short-form video ads (15-60 sec) for Facebook , Instagram and TikTok
• Turn scripts and footage into scroll-stopping ads with strong hooks
• Add captions, text overlays, music, sound effects, B-roll and transitions
• Bring your own ideas: hook variations, new angles, formats you've seen work
• Export in the sizes I need (9:16, 4:5, 1:1)
• Handle revisions quickly

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience editing e-commerce / DTC ads (portfolio required)
• You understand what makes someone stop scrolling and keep watching
• Attention to detail. If you've read this far, start your application with the word "HOOKED"
• Fresh ideas. I want an editor who suggests things, not just follows instructions
• Reliable: you hit deadlines and communicate if something comes up
• Good written English

NICE TO HAVE

• Motion graphics (After Effects)
• UGC-style ad editing
• Experience with AI video tools

PAY

• $30-$60 USD per finished ad, depending on length and complexity
• We start with one PAID test ad
• Editors who deliver get more work and higher rates over time
