Chat Sales Representative - Subscription Membership Team (Remote)

Our company is a digital media and marketing agency. We look after social media influencers who run paid subscription memberships, in areas like fitness and nutrition, and we're adding chat sales reps to the team that serves their members.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE
You'll spend your shift in written chat with paying members. You answer their questions, build a genuine connection, keep them engaged, and recommend premium digital products when they're a good fit. Your results are measured against weekly and monthly sales goals.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Near-native written English
• Background in sales, customer support or account management
• Someone who writes quickly, naturally and persuasively
• Reliable and self-driven, comfortable with targets

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $500/month base
• Performance bonuses: top reps earn $1,000-$3,000+ a month
• Fully remote with flexible shifts
• Training and growth into team lead positions
