Member Engagement Specialist (Chat-Based Sales) | Work From Home

Do you enjoy talking to people in writing and helping them find the right product? We're a digital media and marketing company managing influencers who offer paid subscriptions, mostly fitness and nutrition. Their members stay because someone takes care of them, and we want that someone to be you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and chat with paying members through written messages
• Keep members engaged with friendly, personal conversations
• Suggest premium digital products based on what each member needs
• Work toward clear weekly and monthly sales goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written English at a near-native level
• Experience in customer support, sales or account management
• Natural, fast and persuasive writing
• Dependable and motivated when working independently
